Visibility
The Visibility nodes let your workflows react to shipment tracking events and manage cargo tracking subscriptions.
Cargo Delivered (Trigger)
Starts the workflow when a cargo delivery is confirmed.
When to use it: Triggering goods receipt processes, notifying the warehouse team, updating order status to reflect delivery, closing out shipment SOPs.
Cargo Delayed (Trigger)
Starts the workflow when a delay is detected for a tracked shipment.
When to use it: Alerting the logistics team, sending proactive updates to customers, creating escalation tasks, recalculating delivery timelines.
Subscribe to Cargo Tracking (Action)
Enables tracking for a specific shipment or cargo.
When to use it: Automatically enabling tracking when a shipment is created or booked — so delay and delivery events trigger workflows downstream.
Visibility features require carrier tracking integrations. Contact the Glacis team to enable tracking for your workspace.
