Portal Sharing

The Portal Sharing node lets your workflows automatically share records with external parties via portal links.

Share Access (Action)

Grants portal access to a record — making it viewable (and optionally editable) by someone outside your organization via a secure link.

When to use it:

• Automatically sharing a PO with the supplier when it's confirmed

• Giving a customer visibility into their sales order status

• Sharing shipment details with a freight forwarder for document uploads

• Creating a portal link as part of an onboarding workflow

Example workflow:

Order Created → Send Email (with portal link) → Share Access (grant supplier view permission)

The supplier receives an email with a link to view the order, track its status, and upload required documents — without needing a Glacis account.
